Norris Management Ltd was founded as Greymatter Solutions Ltd by its two directors, Phil and Sue Norris in 2003 to provide that vital hands-on approach that is not often cost-effectively provided by other professional advisors when dealing with people and employment issues.

The Company changed its name in June 2007 to Norris Management Ltd to better focus on its consultancy services and separate it from other historical Greymatter activities.

The ever-increasing range of clients from start-ups, professional practices, voluntary sector clients to larger corporate businesses are now benefiting from the “been there, done it and got the T-shirt” experience of the Norris Management directors and associated consultants.

In 2008, Norris Management Ltd have teamed up with Tony Reid of Euroleaders Ltd to bring Astute Leaders Academy to the Midlands.

More recently, Philip has been concentrating more on providing project management and tendering support services to larger clients with successful outcomes for their clients including most recently Ultra Electronics Ltd PMES in Rugeley and shortly is due to support a major rail company to tender for the latest round of Network Rail's Infrastructure Power and Electric tenders; if only they can get the ITTs out of the door after the Christmas break.
